TERMS OF SERVICE
If you commission me, it means that you have read and are in full compliance with these terms:
GENERAL TERMS
1. I own full rights to the finished product, not the buyer2. I have the right to decline a commission for any reason3. My products are only for personal use, not commercial4. I may share completed commissions on social media. Please discuss with me beforehand if you are not comfortable with this!5. Image references or descriptions are required and highly appreciated!6. I do not permit my art to be used as NFTs/AI
process and delivery
1. Place your order by completing the commission form2. I will contact you to confirm the order and send an invoice3. Once I've received full payment, I will begin your commission and notify you4. There are 3 stages in my drawing process: Lineart → Colouring → Rendering. You will receive image previews of each stage. Before I proceed to the next stage, you need to confirm you like what you see, so please keep in contact! Otherwise, your commission will be put on hold5. Comms can be completed in 1-5 weeks after payment (this may vary)6. Final product is solely digital and will be sent via google drive link on email in full resolution (300 dpi)
REVISIONS
1. Major edits (for eg. changing the pose or composition) can be suggested once during the Rough Lineart and Colouring stages - free of charge.2. 3 minor fixes at any stage are also accepted for free. For major revisions to the finished artwork, a fee will be charged accordingly!
payment
1. Payments must be made IN FULL via PayPal invoice in USD (plus a $5 or more transfer fee depending on the price of the comm). The invoice will include the full price breakdown2. Prices can change based on complexity. Please review the commissions info page for more details on pricing. Contact me if you need any further clarification!
REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS
1. Absolutely no refunds are allowed after I've gone into Stage 2 (colouring) of your commission.2. Full refund is warranted if you cancel before I begin drawing3. A partial refund of 50% can be given if you cancel during the lineart phase

1. Real people2. OCS/ fanart3. Human hybrids for eg: humans with animal characteristics, or fantasy occult (vampires, witches, mermaids etc.)4. Artistic nudity
I DON'T DRAW
1. Extreme gore and violence2. Furries/animals3. Mecha4. Non consensual content5. Incestuous, pedophiilic content
COPYRIGHT / USAGE
I, Hastyprovocat, reserve all rights to the commissioned content, not the consumer. As such, I can use my product as self-promotion on any media platform in any way I desire (unless client is against this and mentions beforehand).
The consumer is permitted to use my content with due credit for example: for social media.However, they are NOT allowed to do the following without my consent:1. Claim my work as their own or erase my signature2. Profit from my artwork commercially3. Trace or make changes to my artwork4. Use my work to train AI modelsViolating the terms above is copyright infringement. Offending client will be blacklisted from future commissions.
